Cancellation policy

We invest a great deal of time, energy, and care into creating each event. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel in good time, so someone else may take your place.

Paid events

Cancellation at least 48 hours before: full refund.

Cancellation within 48 hours: unfortunately, no refund, as expenses have already been committed.

You’re always welcome to pass your spot on to someone else. Once they have registered and paid, we will refund you in full.

Free events

Cancellation at least 24 hours before: allows us to offer the spot to someone else.

Cancellation within 24 hours: we cannot guarantee that the spot will be reassigned.

1. General

FoundHer Club offers social and creative events, networking gatherings, and entrepreneur-inspired activities with a focus on community for women. Participation is based on individual ticket purchases (event-based), not a recurring membership.

By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right for price changes, typographical errors, and sold-out events.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and other common payment methods. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your registration is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent.

Please note: All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If an event is fully booked at the time of registration, you will receive a separate email informing you that you have been placed on a waiting list.

4. Cancellation and refunds

As FoundHer Club operates with limited capacity and often books venues or materials in advance, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: You may receive a refund minus an administration fee of 25 DKK.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before the event: No refund is provided. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply contact us with the name and details of the new participant.
  • No-show: No refund.


If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

5. Changes and cancellations

FoundHer Club reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location, or timing if necessary. In the case of significant changes, you will be informed by email and given the option to receive a refund.

6. Liability

Participation in events is at your own risk. FoundHer Club cannot be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses in connection with participation, unless required by mandatory law.

7. Personal data

When registering, we collect necessary information such as name, email, and potentially phone number. This information is treated confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy.

We use this information to send participant details, newsletters (if you have subscribed), and follow-up communication after events.

No, you don’t. FoundHer does not have a membership yet, so all events are currently open for registration. If membership is introduced at a later stage, it will be clearly communicated on the website.
